West. It seems like a simple theme.  But isn’t “west” relative to where you are? I feel like I’m pretty much residing in the quintessential “west” being at the farthest end of the North American continent – merely a few blocks from the Pacific Ocean. Trust me; I’m grateful.

So, maybe it’s a sunset.  Or maybe it’s images of the great migration west…

Maybe it’s cowboys…

Or Indians…?

Or a Western Diamondback..?

I think it’s just as much a sun setting in the west, wherever you are, as anything.

When I think of the west, I think of Freedom…..to learn, to live to do whatever We choose. We are in the most fortunate circumstances in the Western Hemisphere. And I feel Grateful and Blessed to be a Woman, living in Canada! 🙂

Ellie, as always, you put it eloquently. I, too, feel grateful living in this era and this hemisphere. 🙂 I also count freedom as one of my most cherished personal values. Also very blessed to count you as a friend I have been able to meet and enjoy via the newest development of our times; the internet! XOXO
