If you follow me on Twitter you may have noticed I flood my stream at an accelerated rate when I join in on Twitter chats about travel or food, photography, or sometimes even coffee. Well, I’ve been asked to co-host an upcoming Twitter party this Tuesday, March 19th at 9pm ET (6pm for me and fellow PT-ers) for Yes Video, a service that converts your old VHS video and even Super 8 film to DVD and digital file formats.
I’ve recently been sorting through my own old films and I actually have some vintage (yes, I’m that old!) footage from my family’s 1970’s African Safari tour. I would love to have them converted to an online format and be able to share them along with the stories connected with them.

Interesting topic. I've been wanting to do some transfers.
Hi Anna and thanks for your interest. I once had films transferred from Super 8 to VHS and now I want them transferred to digital. 🙂 Perhaps I'll see you at the chat (starting in 10 mins!) and you might win a prize for some transfers! Cheers, Gina
